Ahna Jennings is an Oklahoma based singer/songwriter hailing from the small town of Fort Gibson. From a young age Ahna always gravitated towards music, picking up the fiddle at just age 2. Jennings began performing when she was 14 years old, playing acoustic gigs and busking outside of flea markets. The Fall of 2018 saw the release of Ahna’s debut single “How I Spend My Nights” recorded at a local studio in Tahlequah, Ok. The song rode the air waves of Texas radio and made its way onto playlist after playlist. In 2021 Ahna won the Jimmy Lafave songwriting contest along with peoples choice with her song “Hope & Gasoline.” Ahna formed her band Ahna Jennings and The Palomino Playboys in the fall of 2021. When asked what inspired her to come up with the name Jennings replied matter of factly “It just sounds nostalgic… I’m really inspired by the 70s era of country and I think that name really fit the vibe of what we’re trying to accomplish.” Jennings and her band play the local music scene earning crowd praise wherever they go. Ahna is set to be in the studio soon releasing her EP in the Spring of 2022.
